Home Cuisine launches new Beyonce’ diet plan, 22 Days menu, in August
Louisville, KY, July 28, 2015—Home Cuisine, whose fresh prepared portion controlled meals are delivered to customers doors, is launching a new meal plan following “The Beyonce’ Diet”. The 22-Day Revolution, based on the book, by Marco Borges.
For thirteen years, local business Home Cuisine has designed meals to help its customers control and/or manage their weight, by creating dishes that rigorously follow the American Diabetes, American Heart Association and/or Paleo Diet guidelines. Adding The 22 Days Revolution menu will give customers even more ways to transform their health through food.
The 22 Days Revolution author Marco Borges says, “ A plant based, alcohol free diet paired with moderate exercise will help you lose weight and keep it off; provide an enormous amount of energy daily; and prevent long term health problems like heart disease and high blood pressure.”
Home Cuisine has set The 22-Day Revolution campaign for Saturday, August 8th through Saturday, August 30th. Special pricing is being offered for this new meal plan, and clients will pay $22.00 for 3 meals a day, 7 days a week for 22 days in all. Local and national clients, such as Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez, have lost up to 22 pounds in 22 days following the plant based diet plan.
The Home Cuisine 22 Days Menu will include Raw Walnut Tacos, Gluten free Linguini with Tomato and Basil, Quinoa Salad with Lentils and Chia Seed Pudding. All the meals will adhere to the 22 Days well balanced meal plan of 80-10-10 – 80% carbohydrates, 10% protein and 10% fat while being completely plant based.
As a Home Cuisine client, 22 Days customers receive 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, delivered to their doorstep or can be picked up at one of five Rainbow Blossom locations. Each meal is individually packaged with complete instructions on the small amount of preparation required to put the food on the table.
